  • PARKING: Driveway (6 vehicles), RV/trailer parking allowed

  • FEES: Pet fee $100 (paid pre-trip)

  • ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATIONS: An additional 1-bedroom property for 2 guests is available on-site with a separate nightly rate.  If you would like to reserve both rentals, please inquire for more information prior to booking.

  • $150 per night - LOW SEASON (Jan-May)

  • $300 per night – HIGH SEASON (June-Dec)

  • Tax rate – 7.6%

  • $80 cleaning fee

  • 3% for credit card transactions

  • $100 Pet Fee

  • Minimum stay – 2 nights

  • 50% Deposit required at time of booking

  • CANCELLATIONS/PRE-PAYMENT Guests can cancel for a full refund 14 days before check-in. Also, guests can change dates at the same property up to 48 hours before check-in, but any amounts paid are non-refundable.

NOTE: For your safety, this property features exterior security cameras facing the driveway, front porch, barn shop, front and back yards, stairway, side view, and deck.  The cameras do not look into any interior spaces.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Check-in after 3:00 pm.

  • Notify Guests Contact of your estimated time of arrival (ETA)

  • Early arrival – 1st hour is free. Arrival 11:00 am to 2:00 pm is $25 hour charge

  • Check-in with the Guests Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrivals, so we can work to address these issues immediately.

 

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Check-out before 11:00 am

  • Return keys to the Guests Contact

  • Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following: 

  • Remove all perishable items.

  • Take out the trash. Trash cans are located under outdoor stairs near hot tub.

  • Load and start the dishwasher.

  • Strip linens from all used beds. Do not remove comforters and shams.

  • Place all linens and towels in a pile

  • Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances

  • Close and lock all windows and doors

Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition which you found it.
