CANCELLATIONS/PRE-PAYMENT Guests can cancel for a full refund 14 days before check-in. Also, guests can change dates at the same property up to 48 hours before check-in, but any amounts paid are non-refundable.

Early arrival – 1st hour is free. Arrival 11:00 am to 2:00 pm is $25 hour charge.

Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
Remove all perishable items.
Take out the trash. Trash cans are located under outdoor stairs near hot tub.
Strip linens from all used beds. Do not remove comforters and shams.
Place all linens and towels in a pile, put on floor or in tub.
Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
Close and lock all windows and doors

Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition which you found it.
