Insurance: RV liability insurance is required in the State of Washington. You must provide insurance policy information and carrier contact information prior to move in date.

Move in costs include: • First month’s rent • Security Deposit • Pet Fee $25-$50 • Criminal Background check fee $45.

Rent is due on the first day of each month. There is no grace period and a $10 late fee will be charged after it is due. Renters will be evicted for non-payment of rent. Rent must be paid by Cashier’s Check, Cash or Zelle.. Rent paid by credit or debit card will incur an additional 3% charge.
